The license attached to your purchase entitles you the right to use any of the templates supplied for both commercial and personal use based on the license.

IMPORTANT NOTE

1. For Non-Exclusive purchase
If you do a non-exclusive purchase with ordinary license or purchase the special offer. You should comply with the following items:

a) Limited Usage Granted
Each individual product can only be used in a single website. Either you or your client can own it. If you want to make another project with the same design, you have to purchase the same template once more. All imagery, fonts, sound effect, etc. used in our templates can not be separately used or distributed.

b) Unauthorized Use
Any of our products, modified or unmodified can not be placed on a CD, website, diskette or any other medium and offer them for resale or redistribution of any kind without prior written consent from SourceTec Software Co., LTD.

c) Indemnification
Please be advised that any violation of the above limitations, restrictions, or rights under this membership will be considered an infringement on our intellectual property rights and copyrighted materials, and will be resolved through all available recourse both civilly and criminally. You, the member, agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sothink.com, for any and all damages from your use of these templates, or from your violation of any of the rights and responsibilities listed above.

2. For Exclusive purchase
Exclusive purchase guarantees that you are the last person to buy this template. After an exclusive purchase occurs the template is being permanently removed from the sales directory and will never be available to other customers again. You and people who bought the template before you will own it. Only you can Resell or redistribute templates or do other things you want.

OUR REFUND POLICY
Since Sothink.com is offering non-tangible irrevocable goods we do not issue refunds after the product is shipped, which you are responsible for understanding upon purchasing any article at our site. We only make exceptions with this rule when the product appears to be not-as-described on a case by case basis in agreement of the parties concerned. The deadline for any refund claim is one week after the delivery date. The refund is issued to you after we receive a Waiver of Copyright signed by you. This is a required condition.
